Responsibilities Manage all finance and insurance operations, including loan processing, contract and warranty administration, and insurance product sales. Work closely with lenders, customers, and dealership staff to facilitate smooth financial transactions and secure competitive financing options. Maintain knowledge of current financial and insurance regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. Develop and implement strategies to increase finance and insurance product sales, contributing to the dealership's overall profitability. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financial products and assisting customers in making informed decisions. Train and support sales team members on finance and insurance processes and products. Prepare regular reports detailing finance and insurance performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of finance, insurance, loan processes, and related regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
