Manager of Capital Accounting and Revenue We're looking for an experienced Manager of Capital Accounting and Revenue to lead accounting functions related to restricted funding, special revenue, and capital activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an education or government background. Why This Opportunity? High-impact accounting leadership opportunity Lead and develop an established accounting team Opportunity to influence accounting policies and processes Work within a large and complex organization Significant exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement Opportunity to lead technology and operational improvements Collaborative, mission-driven environment with strong leadership visibility Manager of Capital Accounting and Revenue Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop a professional accounting team Oversee accounting policies and procedures related to restricted funding and capital activity Monitor budgets, expenditures, and compliance Ensure accounting and reporting comply with GAAP, GASB, and applicable regulations Oversee financial reporting related to grants, special revenue, and capital activity Coordinate audit activities and provide required documentation Oversee capital asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and construction-in-progress Develop standardized procedures and improve accounting workflows Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Partner cross-functionally on financial initiatives and special projects Utilize financial systems and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency Manager of Capital Accounting and Revenue Qualifications 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience 2+ years of management experience Education or government accounting background strongly preferred Strong knowledge of governmental accounting, GAAP, and GASB Experience with grants, restricted funds, or capital accounting preferred Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal controls Audit and financial reporting experience Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Hands-on, collaborative leadership style Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing change Salary Range $97,000-$116,000 #Manager #Revenue #CapitalAccounting #LI-LN1 #INAUG2026
