JOIN OUR TEAM
We are seeking a Director of Revenue and Guest Experience to lead and elevate Cuvée's sales function. This is not a traditional sales management role. This individual will serve as both a sales leader and revenue operator, responsible for driving performance, instilling discipline, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience from initial inquiry through booking and the post-stay guest lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-expectation environment, understands the nuances of high-value client relationships, and brings a structured, metrics-driven, high touch approach to sales leadership. Flexibility with work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive revenue performance across direct, digital, travel advisor and B2B channels Establish and enforce pipeline discipline , including response time standards, follow-up cadence, and conversion tracking Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals to clearly defined performance metrics Personally engage in and support high-value client opportunities to drive conversion Analyze pipeline health, lost opportunities, and conversion data to continuously refine sales strategy Partner closely with marketing and guest experience teams to align lead generation, positioning, and client journey Identify and prioritize high-value client segments and referral channels to drive incremental revenue Represent the Cuvée brand with discretion and professionalism in high-touch client and partner environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications Proven experience closing high-value transactions ($25K-$400K+) Background in ultra-luxury or high-touch sales environments (e.g., luxury travel, private aviation, yacht experiences, concierge services, luxury real estate, or similar) Demonstrated success leading and improving sales team performance Strong operational mindset with experience implementing sales processes, KPIs, and accountability structures Experience managing a pipeline and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) with precision

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Full visibility into pipeline, lead flow, and conversion metrics Implementation of a consistent sales operating cadence (daily and weekly accountability) Measurable improvement in lead response time and follow-up consistency Early progress in conversion rate and revenue performance Full integration of marketing into the sales lifecycle through all verticals (direct, digital, travel advisor and B2B)
Salary:
Total Compensation (base + commission + bonus) commensurate with experience - $160,000 to $250,000. Position includes extensive benefits including Stock Options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, take-what-you-need vacation, hybrid office schedule and so much more.
Important Note:
This role is best suited for individuals who have operated in high-touch, high-value sales environments with discerning clientele. Candidates without direct experience in luxury or comparable client segments are unlikely to be a fit.
