About the Role We are seeking a highly outgoing and relationship-driven professional to help grow a well-established mortgage business by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents throughout the Denver area. This position focuses entirely on networking and relationship development. Your primary responsibility will be meeting Realtors, staying in touch with them, and helping connect their clients with an experienced mortgage professional. You will not be responsible for processing loans, underwriting, or mortgage paperwork. Your role is to create and maintain Realtor partnerships that generate new mortgage opportunities. What You'll Do Reach out to real estate agents and introduce our mortgage services Schedule coffee meetings, lunches, and office visits with Realtors Attend open houses and networking events Visit real estate brokerages and maintain regular contact with agents Build long-term relationships with Realtors and stay top-of-mind for referrals Identify agents who may need a reliable mortgage partner Coordinate introductions between Realtors and our loan officer Maintain a simple contact list and track relationship activity Follow up regularly with agents to maintain strong relationships Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people and building professional relationships. You might be a great fit if you have experience as a: Real estate agent or real estate assistant Title company representative Real estate industry professional Business development or sales professional Hospitality or networking-focused role Most importantly, you should be someone who: enjoys meeting and talking with people is comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts has strong follow-up habits enjoys networking and relationship building is self-motivated and organized Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to comfortably meet new people and develop relationships Reliable transportation for local meetings and office visits Self-starter who can work independently Basic familiarity with real estate or mortgages is helpful but not required What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building strong relationships with real estate agents who trust us to help their clients with home financing. The goal is to develop a network of agents who consistently refer their clients for mortgage services.
