Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented revenue and reservations leader to support strategic pricing, inventory management, and reservation operations within a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys balancing analytical thinking with guest-focused service and cross-functional collaboration. What You Will Do Develop and execute revenue management strategies to help maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, booking pace, and demand patterns to inform rate and inventory decisions. Manage reservations operations to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and a seamless guest experience. Oversee rate loading, channel distribution, restrictions, and inventory controls across booking platforms. Analyze forecasting data and prepare reports that support business planning and performance reviews. Partner with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams to align pricing and inventory strategies with business goals. Train, coach, and support reservations team members to maintain high service and quality standards. Review booking trends, pacing reports, and pickup data to identify opportunities and risks. Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures related to reservations and revenue optimization. Respond to guest and partner inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-oriented approach. What We Are Looking For Experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or a related hospitality operations role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments. Proficiency with property management systems, revenue management tools, and reservation platforms. High attention to detail, especially when managing rates, inventory, and guest records. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Guest service mindset with a commitment to professionalism and accuracy. Leadership experience or the ability to guide and develop team members. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a luxury, resort, or full-service hotel environment. Experience using forecasting and reporting tools to support revenue decisions. Knowledge of distribution channels, online travel agencies, and pricing strategy. Familiarity with hospitality performance metrics and financial reporting.
