Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance. Analyze financial results, trends, and variances, providing actionable insights. Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy. Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and other special projects as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Prior leadership experience managing and mentoring an accounting team. Demonstrated success improving processes, creating efficiencies, and supporting system implementations or integrations. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. CPA designation or CPA track preferred.
