A well-established Luxury hospitality organization in Connecticut is conducting a search for an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee revenue strategy and maximize financial performance across its hotel operations. This position is ideal for a strategic, analytical hospitality professional who understands the relationship between pricing, demand, distribution, occupancy, and profitability. The Revenue Manager will work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and optimize overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability. Analyze market trends, demand patterns, historical performance, booking pace, and competitive positioning. Manage room rates, restrictions, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels. Monitor daily pickup, pace, forecasts, cancellations, no-shows, and booking trends. Conduct regular competitive-set analysis and make recommendations regarding pricing and positioning. Develop accurate short- and long-term occupancy and revenue forecasts. Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize group, transient, corporate, leisure, and other market segments. Monitor and optimize online travel agency and third-party distribution channels. Manage and evaluate channel performance, including commission costs and profitability. Identify opportunities to increase ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and ancillary revenue. Prepare and communicate regular revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership. Participate in annual budgeting and business planning. Collaborate with General Managers and department leaders to ensure revenue strategies align with operational capabilities and guest demand. Stay current on market conditions, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging revenue-management strategies. Ensure accurate pricing and inventory management across applicable systems and channels. Qualifications 3+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably within a luxury, upscale, or independent hotel environment. Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and distribution. Experience with revenue management and property management systems. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytical tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
