Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for Financial Administrator I and Financial Administrator II positions for our client in Dover, DE. These positions support financial and grant administration activities and offer an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, critical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving . Prior experience with grant administration is helpful, but the organization is willing to train qualified candidates on its specific grant administration processes. What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated experience in roles requiring: Accounting and financial processing skills Financial analysis and attention to detail Critical thinking and critical reasoning Strong problem-solving abilities The ability to interpret information and identify discrepancies or issues Accuracy in working with financial records and data Strong organizational and administrative skills The ability to learn and apply new processes and systems Preferred Background Candidates may come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including accounting, finance, bookkeeping, auditing, financial administration, grants, government, higher education, or other roles involving complex financial or analytical responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with numbers, analyzing information, solving problems, and learning new systems and processes.
Pay:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
