What We're Looking For:

A Sales/BDC background (Experience required) A self-starter ready to handle both sales and finance Ability to manage a dealership on a daily basis—this is a hands-on position Comfortable handling internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in traffic Strong understanding of the automotive sales process and financing A leader who thrives in a smaller, close-knit store atmosphere
