full-time Finance Manager - FP&A Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite | Contract-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a large, complex organization operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment . This is a hands-on FP&A role supporting multiple businesses and stakeholders, with significant exposure to senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines . This is not a traditional 9-5 environment; the role requires flexibility and the ability to put in additional hours during peak periods. Key Responsibilities Own budgeting, forecasting and frequent reforecasting across multiple business units/entities. Manage multi-entity consolidations and provide consolidated financial analysis. Lead P&L analysis, including variance analysis and identification of key risks and opportunities. Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses . Partner closely with business leaders to understand performance and provide actionable financial insights. Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership. Support process improvements and continued enhancement of FP&A and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications 6+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience with strong hands-on FP&A experience. Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis . Multi-entity consolidation experience across business units, regions and/or joint ventures. Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, BPC, OneStream, Hyperion or similar . Strong business partnering, communication and presentation skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Ability to work independently and successfully navigate a fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment . Preferred Experience LATAM/regional finance experience, joint ventures, multiple countries/currencies, large publicly traded organizations, and entertainment, hospitality, venues, media or other multi-unit environments are highly desirable. Experience with frequent forecasting/pacing, finance transformation or process improvement is also beneficial. Portuguese and/or an MBA are a plus.
