full-time Temp to Perm Opportunity 39.50-45.50 per hour 8-5 M-F 100 percent remote, can live in Tampa or Miami for meeting purposes 1-2 time per quarter. Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle experience required.
- Current Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or comparable nationally recognized coding/reimbursement credential required.
- At least 3 years of hands-on eClinicalWorks experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with an outsourced billing company or providing revenue cycle vendor oversight strongly preferred.
- Experience with primary care, multi-site physician practices, or comparable ambulatory healthcare settings preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
The Revenue Cycle Manager serves as internal revenue cycle subject-matter expert and primary liaison to the organization's outsourced billing partner. This position provides day-to-day oversight of billing performance, coding, denials, accounts receivable, reimbursement, credentialing coordination, and revenue cycle reporting across clinics.
