Job Summary Florida Beauty Flora Inc. is a rapidly growing, Miami, FL-based company that is a leading provider of refrigerated transportation, logistics, and warehouse distribution services specializing in perishable cargo. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accounting Manager. This role focuses heavily on overseeing general ledger maintenance, month-end accruals, and financial reporting within our SAP ERP system. Responsibilities Review and approve standard monthly journal entries, including revenue/expense accruals, prepaid expenses, and deferrals in accordance with GAAP. Utilize SAP to monitor daily accounting tasks, review general ledger activity, and track logistics cost centers. Oversee reconciliations and maintain quality control over financial transaction recording. Supervise accounts payable/receivable subledgers, resolve complex variances, and lead the preparation of audit schedules and financial analysis for senior management. Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. Direct hands-on experience using SAP ERP for financial transactions and reporting. Solid understanding of GAAP principles with emphasis on accrual-based accounting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and team leadership skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of written and spoken English and Spanish preferred.
