Analytics Full Job Description Overview:
The Manager of Revenue Cycle Project Management Organization (PMO) will lead a compact team of project coordinators to orchestrate all activities related to healthcare payer audits, governmental entity audits, revenue cycle process audits, compliance initiatives, and ad-hoc revenue cycle projects. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant responses, mitigates audit-related risk, and drives continuous process improvement across the organization's revenue cycle.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Management, or a related field, or relative experience. Experience Minimum 5'years in healthcare revenue cycle management, audit coordination, or PMO leadership, with at least 2'years in a managerial role. License/Certification/Registration Certified PMP or equivalent preferred. Other Qualifications In-depth understanding of payer contracting CMS regulations, HHS compliance, and revenue cycle analytics. Proven ability to motivate a high-performance team, resolve conflicts, and influence cross-functional partners. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational-management skills. Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA), audit management systems, and Excel.
