Company Overview The Company is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of e-liquid products, with over a decade of experience serving customers worldwide. The Company specializes in OEM manufacturing and customized private-label solutions. Through its rigorous commitment to product quality, continuous innovation, and standardized manufacturing capabilities, the Company has established a strong reputation in the industry and helps brand partners develop world-class e-liquid product solutions. I. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, practical, and reliable Finance Manager to join the Company. The Finance Manager will report directly to the Group CFO and have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the General Manager of the U.S. subsidiary . For financial management and internal control matters, the position will primarily be directed and managed by the Group CFO. For day-to-day business operations and cross-functional coordination, the Finance Manager will work closely with the General Manager of the U.S. subsidiary. The Finance Manager will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the U.S. company and will also support the Group and shareholders in exercising appropriate financial oversight and control over the business. The successful candidate should have strong and well-rounded finance fundamentals and be able to independently manage accounting, financial closing and reporting, treasury and cash flow, tax, audit, and other financial compliance matters, ensuring that the Company's finance function operates in a standardized, accurate, and timely manner. The successful candidate should also be able to integrate effectively into the existing team, build strong working relationships with the local finance staff, and improve and strengthen financial management processes based on the Company's actual needs. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage the day-to-day financial affairs of a manufacturing business within the U.S. operating environment, provide the Group with accurate, timely, and reliable financial information, and perform the necessary financial oversight and internal control functions. II. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting and Reporting
  • Manage the Company's day-to-day accounting activities and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring that financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial reports required by the Group on a timely basis, and establish clear and efficient financial reporting processes;
  • Continuously improve financial policies, accounting procedures, and approval processes, while overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, fixed assets, and other routine finance matters. 2. Manufacturing Cost and Business Finance Management
  • Establish and continuously improve cost accounting and cost management systems appropriate for the Company's business model, including the analysis and management of raw materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, and product costs;
  • Manage inventory-related financial matters, including ongoing monitoring of inventory accuracy, inventory levels, inventory turnover, and related risks;
  • Work closely with the production, procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to analyze costs, gross margins, and operating efficiency, and provide financial support for major purchases, capital expenditures, and other significant business matters. 3. Cash Flow, Budgeting, and Business Analysis
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, day-to-day treasury activities, and bank accounts to ensure adequate operating liquidity and timely identification and reporting of potential liquidity risks;
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analysis, and promptly report significant variances and business developments to the Group CFO;
  • Continuously analyze revenue, costs, gross margins, expenses, cash flow, and other key operating metrics, and provide management with timely, reliable, and actionable financial insights. 4. Tax, Audit, and Internal Controls
  • Coordinate and oversee U.S. tax-related matters to ensure that applicable tax filings and related financial compliance requirements are completed accurately and on a timely basis;
  • Coordinate with external CPAs, tax advisors, auditors, and other professional service providers, and support annual audits, tax filings, and other special projects;
  • Establish and continuously improve internal control systems covering key areas such as payment approvals, bank access and authorization, expense management, inventory management, and financial reporting, while identifying potential risks and driving timely remediation.
III. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; 2. At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related functions , preferably with finance management experience in a manufacturing environment; 3. Hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or financial management within a U.S. company, with familiarity with the general U.S. financial, tax, and compliance environment; 4. Solid knowledge of financial closing and reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, working capital management, and financial and business analysis; 5. Experience with manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and finance-related analysis of production and business operations; 6. Ability to independently manage the day-to-day finance function of a U.S. company and effectively coordinate with external CPAs, tax advisors, auditors, banks, and other professional service providers; 7. Proficiency in Excel and experience with one or more mainstream accounting or ERP systems, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms; 8. Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to use English as the primary working language , including the ability to independently prepare financial reports, conduct professional business communications, and work effectively with U.S.-based external service providers; 9. Chinese communication skills are preferred but not required ; 10. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a long-term basis. 职位类型:全职 薪资: $100,000.00至$120,000.00(每年 )
