Job Description
Account Manager / Bookkeeper Full time Account Manager bookkeeping position with CPA firm. Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience including payroll processing, payroll and sales tax returns, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Entry and Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Card Statements Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Returns Preparation of Quarterly Payroll Returns Payroll Processing Preparation and Review of Monthly Financial Statements Review and Organization of Client Tax Files Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online Excellent Organizational Skills Ability to Work Well with Others Accounting Experience Required (3 years minimum) Accounting Degree (Not Required) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outstanding Customer Service with the ability to communicate with Clients Problem Solver with the willingness to research, develop and learn We are looking for the right person to join our team, if you have a minimum of 3 years experience including processing payroll and sales tax, with a strong accounting background, are detailed and customer service oriented, please submit resume for consideration.
