Job Description
Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking an experienced Finance Grants Manager to join our Finance team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial management of grant programs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's overall financial strategy. Key Responsibilities Oversee the financial operations of all grant programs. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and budget variance reports. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and grant requirements. Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership and guidance. Collaborate with department leaders to support financial planning and organizational goals. Assist with annual audits and financial reporting. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of four years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger functions. Experience preparing financial statements and working with audits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Finance and Accounting within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
