In this role, you will oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and maintain robust internal controls while supporting a fast-growing logistics and transportation leader.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Oversight Manage the full accounting cycle—including month-end close, general ledger, payroll, and fixed assets—across three transportation entities and a holding company. Direct tax compliance, regulatory filings, and treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking partnerships, and investment strategy. Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks to protect company assets and ensure statutory compliance. Reporting, Auditing & Strategy Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow). Lead the annual external audit process from planning through completion. Analyze financial trends, compile budgets and forecasts, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic executive decisions. Leadership & Team Management Mentor, manage, and elevate the performance of the accounting team. Partner with cross-functional leadership to optimize company-wide financial operational efficiency. Participate in a 1-in-4 week night and weekend on-call rotation.salary:
