Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Description Ponte Vedra Beach company is looking for a Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include, but not limited to the following.
- Responsible for oversite of all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, standard operating procedures & processes to ensure controls are in place and accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and earnings.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Leading the annual budgeting process.
- Manage the end-to-end monthly closing processes.
