We are a high-volume, growth-focused dealership looking for someone who can lead a sales team, structure deals, develop people, drive performance, and help take an already successful operation to the next level.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven automotive Sales Manager experience Previous F&I experience strongly preferred Strong deal structuring, desking, closing, and negotiation skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable Strong understanding of dealership processes, CRM, lead management, and follow-up Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High-volume dealership experience preferred General Motors experience is a plus
