What we're looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. The Finance Manager will collaborate in financial planning, reporting, risk management, and team development to ensure sound financial health and strategic alignment with organizational goals. What you could do on our team: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection model development. Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and relevant regulatory requirements. Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making processes at executive levels. Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial risks. Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise the finance team by providing leadership in financial operations, fostering professional development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives, strategic planning, and industry-specific financial concepts to enhance organizational growth. Utilize data analytics tools and advanced Excel data analysis techniques to interpret complex financial data for insightful reporting. What skills do you need for this role: Extensive experience in accounting systems, financial software, and technical accounting practices. Strong knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations including

IFRS, IAS

standards, GAAP, and governmental accounting protocols. Proven ability in financial analysis, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss management. Expertise in financial statement preparation, account analysis, general ledger reconciliation, and cash flow analysis. Demonstrated leadership in finance team management with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in risk management techniques and regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliance across all operational facets. Strategic thinking with a focus on fiscal management, financial planning, investment oversight, and industry knowledge of financial markets. Technical proficiency in Excel data analysis tools combined with a strong foundation in finance concepts such as cost accounting and revenue management.
