Accounting Manager:
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff while fostering team development.
- Utilize NetSuite and Resident Interface to ensure accurate financial reporting and resident/account management processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning initiatives.
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite required.
- Experience with Resident Interface and/or property management accounting systems preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
