Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager (F&I) to join the team at Subaru of Kennesaw. If you have a passion for automotive finance, know how to build trust with customers, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected family-owned organization, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Structure, present, and finalize automotive finance and lease transactions Present and sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, and other protection products Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate financing solutions Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and lender requirements Work closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused F&I experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager/F&I Manager Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products Knowledge of compliance and lending regulations Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A professional, positive, and customer-first attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment A track record of integrity and ethical business practices
