Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, oversee the month-end close, manage a small accounting team, and partner closely with senior finance leadership. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into an Accounting Manager position and allow you to be a part of process improvements and change management.Responsibilities :
Manage the monthly close process Directly supervise Staff Accountants Oversee the balance sheet reconciliation process Help to strengthen accounting systems, controls, and financial processes Identify process gaps and implement improvements Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and tax advisors Assist senior finance leadership with accounting, reporting, and other strategic projectsRequirements:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience Big 4 or large public accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Active CPA required Large ERP experience required Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
