Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Manager, Revenue Analytics & FP&A to join our finance organization and help shape how revenue performance, forecasting, and business insights are used to support strategic decisions. In this role, you will work closely with Executive Leadership, National Sales, Finance, Billing, and Operations to turn complex financial, operational, and business data into clear, actionable insights that support planning, performance management, and growth. Key Responsibilities Revenue Analytics & Business Intelligence Build, analyze, and share revenue reporting through BI tools and dashboards that help leaders understand performance and make informed decisions Own recurring revenue analytics, including new business, lost business, transfers, non‑recurring revenue, and retention trends Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting by reconciling revenue databases with production systems on a monthly basis Work with business partners to solve complex data and reporting needs, transforming large and varied data sets into practical financial insights Month‑End Close & Revenue Processes Manage the monthly revenue recognition process in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Service teams Partner with Billing leadership on revenue billing matters related to month‑end close, forecasting, and variance analysis Deliver clear financial commentary and variance explanations as part of corporate reporting cycles Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for division revenue streams, including broader FP&A forecasting across revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational planning Analyze performance drivers, trends, and variances to support outlook updates and scenario analysis Provide data‑driven insights to support planning decisions and growth initiatives Contribute to additional FP&A responsibilities, special projects, and evolving business needs as the organization grows Executive Reporting & Decision Support Turn complex financial and operational data into clear insights for executive audiences, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, trend reporting, financial storytelling, and presentation support Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting for Executive Leadership, Sales, Finance, Support, and Corporate stakeholders Partner cross‑functionally to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations Process Improvement & Automation Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process enhancements, and improved use of tools Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data workflows Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field Advanced experience using data visualization and analytics tools to create clear, business-focused reporting 5-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue analytics, business intelligence, or a related financial role Strong experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP Experience working with multiple accounting and data systems Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.) Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and analytical insights to senior leadership Preferred Experience developing and maintaining BI dashboards for executive audiences Prior supervisory or informal leadership experience Insurance industry experience Experience supporting FP&A in a high-growth environment and/or publicly traded company is a plus Work Environment & Requirements Full‑time position (40+ hours per week) Minimum of 3 days per week working onsite Minimal travel required Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone for extended periods Vision, speech, and hearing sufficient for in‑person and remote communication Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods Additional Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work for this role.
