This supervisory role is pivotal in driving the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring that the organization's financial health is maintained and enhanced through meticulous planning and insightful analysis. Responsibilities Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Own consolidated financial planning, reporting, and P&L analysis. Develop sales, expense, cash flow, and capital expenditure forecasts. Monitor financial performance and identify risks, opportunities, and trends. Partner with business leaders to support planning and performance management. Evaluate capital investments and perform ROI analysis. Prepare executive and board-level financial presentations. Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Support financial systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvements. Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business required. 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related discipline. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders and executives. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
