Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager, Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager, and Internet Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales operations with energy and expertise. This multifaceted role requires a proactive leader who excels in high-end automotive sales, customer relationship building, and sales management. You will drive the sales pipeline, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure exceptional customer service across all channels. Your enthusiasm for automotive industry sales and ability to motivate others will be key to achieving and surpassing sales targets, while promoting dealership growth through innovative strategies and outstanding client engagement. Duties Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective coaching, motivation, and performance tracking. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the dealership's market share in passenger car sales and high-end vehicle segments. Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience using CRM software supported by technical systems. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, public speaking, and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, B2B (business-to-business) outreach, and internet lead follow-up to generate new opportunities. Present and explain automotive financing options clearly to clients, including leasing, loans, and other financial solutions to facilitate deal closing. Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to align with current market demand while supporting upselling strategies. Support the dealership's public image by engaging in community events, public speaking engagements, and promotional activities that showcase high-end automotive offerings. Requirements Proven experience in automotive industry sales with a strong track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Demonstrated leadership in sales management with skills in team development, motivation, and organizational skills. Extensive knowledge of automotive financing options, CRM systems (technically supported), inventory management, and retail math. Excellent negotiation skills paired with outbound sales experience including cold calling and B2B outreach. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via phone etiquette, client communication, and public speaking engagements. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele effectively. Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is preferred to target premium clients effectively. Ability to manage a comprehensive sales pipeline while maintaining excellent customer service standards across all touchpoints. $61,099.79 - $73,582.54 per year
