The Area Director of Revenue Strategy provides leadership in the areas of pricing, distribution, revenue optimization, and business strategy to maximize total revenues for Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa & Outrigger Kaua'i Beach Resort. Develops and implements strategy for optimization of all market segments and channels. Identifies new revenue opportunities and effectively communicates strategy to all key stakeholders. Accountable for the revenue strategy, pricing, positioning, inventory, forecasting, and budgeting of assigned properties. Maintains productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel general managers, sales leaders, corporate revenue, franchisees and owners. Responsible for business performance analysis, reporting, and strategic business planning. Responsible for the implementation at property level of corporate revenue strategy initiatives. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years of revenue management leadership experience (preferably in the hospitality industry or another service industry) with proven experience and significant understanding of distribution, total revenue optimization, digital marketing, administrative and businesses processes and forecasting and budgeting required. This is an on-site position. Must be located in Hawaii or open to relocation. Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $150,000-$165,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
