Riley Subaru is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Dubuque, Iowa. Responsibilities Guide customers through financing and leasing options with confidence and transparency. Present finance and protection products that fit each customer's needs and budget. Structure, submit, and finalize vehicle financing through lender partners. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. Collaborate with the sales team to deliver an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Consistently achieve finance, product, and customer satisfaction goals. Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends. Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
