Responsibilities Review and evaluate customer credit applications. Present financing and leasing options tailored to customer needs. Offer and explain vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other ancillary products. Structure, process, and finalize finance transactions in compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations. Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and secure competitive financing solutions. Ensure all deal documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Achieve monthly performance goals for F&I income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction. Support and collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless vehicle purchasing experience. Maintain high ethical standards and regulatory compliance in all transactions. Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager experience required . Proven record of achieving strong F&I performance metrics and profitability. Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) history. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
