Position Summary Responsible for the overall Arthur Accounting office activities for accounting and tax preparation services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates overall activities for the accounting office. Provides client business and accounting services; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly financial analysis and reporting, fixed asset management. Provides income tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and owners. Trains and assists office staff as needed. Maintains professional and community relations to increase First Neighbor's visibility and new business opportunities. Complies with all bank policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Certifications:

CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred 3+ years combined accounting and supervisory experience Strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Proficient in standard accounting and ERP software; QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Proficient in Microsoft suite, including highly proficient in Excel Ability to supervise accounting staff, manage personnel, and delegate daily tasks High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential financial data with strict discretion. Customer service with oral and written communication skills Ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
