Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cash Flow Transformation leader to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Optimization:
+ Analyze the business' cash flow processes and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. + Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. +Strategic Planning:
+ Collaborate with Commercial, Operation and Corporate leadership to align cash flow strategies with the organization's overall financial goals and long-term vision. + Provide insights and recommendations on cash flow implications for business decisions, investments, and growth initiatives. +Process Improvement:
+ Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline cash flow management. + Partner with internal teams to automate and digitize cash flow processes where possible. + Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track cash flow performance. +Stakeholder Collaboration:
+ Work closely with finance, operations, procurement, origination and sales teams to drive alignment on cash flow objectives. + Train staff on best practices for cash flow management and financial efficiency. +Risk Management:
+ Identify and drive risk mitigation actions related to cash flow, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and economic uncertainties. + Develop contingency plans to address potential cash flow disruptions. +Reporting and Analysis:
+ Review cash flow reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. + Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and financial trends.Job Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- + Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. A Master's degree is a plus.
