3002569285-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hopedale Medical Complex seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing, coding, charge capture, and collections across our rural hospital, clinic, and senior living services. This role leads revenue cycle staff, optimizes workflows, ensures regulatory and payer compliance, monitors KPIs, and resolves complex claims issues. The manager partners closely with clinical and administrative leaders to improve reimbursement, reduce denials, and support accurate documentation, while upholding our mission of compassionate, community-based care and a collaborative, patient-centered culture. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations for hospital, clinic, and senior living services Lead and develop revenue cycle staff, including billing, coding, and collections teams Monitor and report on KPIs such as

days, denials, and cash collections Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations and contracts Identify and resolve complex claims, denials, and underpayments Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve documentation and charge capture Optimize workflows, policies, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors Partner with IT to maintain and enhance EHR and billing system functionality Develop and implement revenue cycle best practices and training for staff Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance initiatives related to revenue cycle Required Skills Healthcare revenue cycle management Medical billing and collections CPT/ICD-10 and HCPCS coding knowledge Payer contracting and reimbursement Denials management and appeals Revenue cycle KPIs and reporting EMR/EHR and billing systems Regulatory compliance (Medicare/Medicaid) Staff supervision and coaching Process improvement/Lean methods
