FINANCE MANAGER - WORLD KIA JOLIET

World Kia Joliet is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a strong, successful management team in a high-volume dealership. We have lots of customer traffic, plenty of opportunity, strong lender relationships, and a great team already in place. We are looking for someone who can step in and produce. The right candidate will be able to: Maximize PVR and product penetration Structure prime and challenged-credit deals Work effectively with lenders and approvals Protect front and back-end profitability Maintain clean funding and CIT Ensure compliance on every transaction Deliver a professional customer experience Previous automotive F&I experience is required.
