Available We are seeking an experienced Plant Finance Manager to provide financial leadership for a manufacturing facility in Lincoln, Illinois. This on-site leadership position will serve as a key financial business partner to plant operations, helping drive profitability, cost improvements, operational performance, and overall plant results. This position is ideal for a finance leader with a strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting who enjoys working closely with plant leadership, operations, and supply chain rather than operating solely within a corporate finance environment. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence key financial and operational decisions across manufacturing, productivity, cost management, inventory, supply chain, capital investments, and continuous improvement. What You'll DoServe as the financial leader and business partner for the manufacturing site, working closely with plant and operations leadership.

Analyze plant financial performance, including production costs, sales, product mix, fixed and variable costs, manufacturing variances, and profitability.

Lead site budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profit planning activities.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.

Manage and analyze manufacturing costs, COGS, inventory, working capital, and cost accounting activities.

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify cost savings, productivity improvements, and opportunities to improve plant performance.

Support and evaluate capital investments (CAPEX), plant improvements, and new projects.

Monitor plant KPIs and financial results against forecasts, budgets, and business targets.

Oversee financial aspects of inventory control, physical inventory, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.

Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on sales, inventory, production, and cost planning.

Support continuous improvement and change initiatives throughout the facility.

Lead, develop, and support members of the plant finance team. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferred.7+ years of progressive finance and/or cost accounting experience.

Previous finance or cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is required.

Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, plant financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost analysis.2+ years of direct people-management experience.

Experience partnering with plant operations, manufacturing leadership, and/or supply chain teams.

Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, AS400, Vista, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial results and recommendations to non-finance leaders.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship or support. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools.

Advanced knowledge of auditing and accounting principles, dual-currency accounting, and inventory accounting.

Experience supporting CAPEX, working capital, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
