Job Description
Finance Manager / Business Manager - Automotive Dealership near Lincolnshire, IL We are looking to add a full time Finance Manager to our growing team. This is a very rare opportunity within a large automotive group that could offer endless opportunities. The perfect candidate will pride themselves on creating an exceptional experience during every delivery and make our guests a top priority.
Responsibilities:
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner Lead and mentor Sales Professionals within the department and foster relationships throughout the dealership Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores Present service contracts, GAP and other beneficial ancillary productsQualifications:
Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service A proven track record of at least 1-3 years of automotive F&I Manager experience is a must Strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills You must have a record of high performance. If you feel that you have the all around talents to manage and lead a sales staff and are performance driven, high income is available. Please provide previous employment experience, past product penetrations, PVR and professional development training.Job Type:
