We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven Finance Manager who can also help back up our Sales Manager to ensure every customer has a smooth, professional, and exciting buying journey.Position Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for structuring and securing financing for customers purchasing powersports units. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to customer service. You'll also step in to assist the Sales Manager with leadership, sales flow, and process execution when needed.Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Insurance Duties:
Present financing, extended service contracts, and aftermarket products to customers. Work with lenders to obtain approvals and competitive rates. Prepare all F&I documents accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain high PVR and product penetration standards. Ensure all deals are funded timely and cleanly to support store cash flow.Sales Support Duties:
Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations. Step in to lead the sales floor during manager absence or peak hours. Help coach and train salespeople on deal structuring and closing techniques. Monitor CRM activity and assist with follow-up efforts.Compliance & Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure all compliance requirements are met with lenders and internal policies. Deliver a transparent and positive customer experience. Resolve customer or lender issues quickly and professionally.What We're Looking For:
2+ years of finance experience (powersports, auto, RV, or marine preferred) Proven track record in selling F&I products and securing financing Strong leadership and organizational skills Team-first attitude with the ability to shift gears and support multiple functions Ability to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hoursWhat We Offer:
