$115,000 - $135,000 per year Job Details - Join a well-established and expanding organization seeking a Reconciliations Manager to lead enterprise-wide balance sheet reconciliation efforts, strengthen financial controls, and drive accounting excellence across multiple business units. This is a high-impact leadership role for an accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, building strong teams, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. What You'll Do Own and oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities. Establish and maintain reconciliation policies, governance standards, and best practices. Review complex and high-risk reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items. Ensure accuracy between subledgers and the general ledger, including AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, cash, and intercompany accounts. Develop KPI dashboards and reporting metrics that provide visibility into financial performance and reconciliation status. Lead process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and financial control enhancements. Manage and mentor an accounting team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Support a disciplined month-end close process and collaborate with finance leadership to improve reporting accuracy. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Experience managing account reconciliations within a multi-entity organization. Strong understanding of month-end close, accrual accounting, intercompany transactions, financial controls, and balance sheet management. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems. Experience with reconciliation management software such as Trintech Adra or similar platforms. Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance accounting operations. Preferred Experience Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other complex operational environments. Internal audit, compliance, and external audit support experience. KPI/dashboard development and financial analytics. CPA designation or progress toward certification.
