Finance & Insurance Manager - Full Time The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong deal-structuring skills, in-depth knowledge of title laws and compliance regulations, and the ability to secure financing while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Benefits Average annual compensation of $150,000 - $200,000 Health insurance- Company contributes a portion to cost Dental, Vision and Assurity insurance options available Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off Family owned and operated Positive work environment Responsibilities Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Ensures that all deals are fully funded in a timely manner Accurately audits team deals post-sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Qualifications College Degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures Professional personal appearance & communication skills Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
