Accounting Manager Salary:

Accounting Manager:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast company cash flows to support liquidity and business planning.
- The Accounting Manager will manage income tax preparation processes and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Lead accounting staff, assign projects, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Administer treasury management relationships and oversee banking activities.
- Coordinate annual audits and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years of accounting management experience; real estate industry experience preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
- Experience with Sage Timberline, Yardi, and advanced Excel skills preferred.
