Job Requisition ID #26WD100544Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join the Channel Finance operation team. This person will lead the Channel Partner Incentives Payment process and reports directly to the WW Channel Finance Operation Team Senior Manager and works in close collaboration with the other channel analysts, channel sales, revenue accounting, corporate accounting, external auditors in order to calculate, accrue, payout, and account for partner incentives. The position requires a strong accounting background and experience with information systems, compensation, and incentive management, preferably at a software company. Ability to quickly pick up the nuances of complex programs a must. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong financial aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage regular but tight deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesOwnership of bi-weekly Payments to Autodesk partnersEnsure compliance with company procedures and SOx controlsDrive consistency, leverage best practices and benchmarking with peers across GeosWork closely with the Channel program team to answer partner queriesCollaborate with Revenue Accounting and Corporate AccountingInvolvement on global team projects (Robotic Process Automation, system implementations) across time zonesSuccessful candidates will have high attention to details, excellent analytical skills, and a self-starter mentality. In addition, strong professionalism and communication skills are crucial in order to proactively partner with key stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree (finance, business or accounting)Minimum of 2 years experience providing financial, operational, and/or administrative support to high tech sales organizationsArticulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAmbitious and ability to learn quicklyAbility to work on cross-functional teams across the globe in different time zonesPassion for process improvement and ability to challenge status quoAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.

Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Poland based roles, we expect a starting base salary between 95,000 PLN and 138,600 PLN. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
