Job Description
Description We're looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead key corporate and intercompany accounting activities while partnering with Finance and global stakeholders to strengthen close, controls, and operational efficiency. Why This Role? Lead and develop a talented Corporate & Intercompany Accounting team Own critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Provide accounting leadership across complex corporate accruals, reconciliations, and GL processes Drive improvements in processes, controls, documentation, and close discipline Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, regional teams, and shared services Help advance accounting through automation, AI, data analytics, and technology Support audits, system implementations, and broader accounting transformation initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field Active CPA required 5-7 years of accounting experience, including 2-4 years of people leadership Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP, GL
accounting, reconciliations, accruals, close processes, internal controls, and audit Experience with global or multi-entity intercompany accounting preferred Strong Excel and ERP experience; Oracle Fusion preferred Experience with FCCS, ARCS, Smart View, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, automation, or AI tools is a plus Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Spanish proficiency is a plus The Opportunity This role is ideal for an accounting professional ready to move beyond traditional accounting operations and make a broader impact—developing people, improving processes, partnering across the business, and helping shape the future of Corporate Accounting.Benefit :

- Active CPA designation required.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including prior responsibility for leading or supervising team members.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, accruals, reconciliations, close activities, internal controls, and audit support.
- Experience working with intercompany accounting in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and enterprise accounting systems; experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting, automation, analytics, or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smart View, Python, or similar platforms is a plus.
