$90,000 – $100,000 depending on experience Position Overview Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. This role will lead accounting processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with leadership to drive financial accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, and account reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls Coordinate annual audit activities Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff Identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting #
