Finance Manager Details:

Direct Hire position $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 /annually First Shift Partner with executive leadership to support financial operations, strategic planning, and business decisions Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and Power BI dashboard development Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, commissions, inventory valuation, and customer performance metrics Support month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, audits, and financial reporting processes Develop and improve SOPs, financial controls, and reporting systems across the organization

Finance Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI expertise required Experience with ERP systems, audits, reconciliations, SOP development, and KPI-driven reporting preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
