PRN position not to exceed an average of 10 hours per week How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead daily revenue cycle operations to optimize financial health and ensure seamless administrative support for patient care teams. Build and mentor a high-performing team through targeted hiring, ongoing education, and active performance management. Drive financial performance and accountability by analyzing key metrics—including cash collections, denials, and volume trends—to deliver actionable insights to leadership. Oversee third-party billing and vendor relationships, directing contract negotiations to maximize financial yield and operational compliance. Manage departmental budgets and revenue valuations, partnering with external auditors and executive administration to ensure fiscal alignment and predictability. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
