This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working alongside an experienced team across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and underwrite new real estate investment opportunities. Build and maintain complex financial models and investment analyses. Conduct market research, due diligence, and valuation analysis. Assist with acquisition execution, financing processes, and investment committee materials. Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management initiatives. Collaborate with senior investment professionals, operating partners, lenders, and third-party advisors. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, private equity, acquisitions, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation skills. Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
