WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and maintain customer accounts and collections Work directly with customers to resolve payment issues and find solutions Lead collection efforts and help improve portfolio performance Close approved auto loans and guide customers through their financing paperwork Explain loan terms and payment responsibilities clearly and confidently Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and compliant Work closely with Sales and Management to keep deals moving Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Is confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking about money Isn't afraid of difficult conversations Can be firm while still treating customers with respect Is organized and detail-oriented Takes ownership and follows through Has strong communication and customer-service skills Can lead by example and hold others accountable Has experience in collections, finance, lending, automotive, sales, banking, or customer account management — preferred, but we're willing to consider the right person

STARTING PAY

$45,000/year This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-and-read-a-script kind of job. You'll have the opportunity to lead, negotiate, solve problems, close deals, work with customers, and directly impact the success of the dealership.
