Job Description

We're growing fast and looking for a high-capacity Operations Manager who thrives in leadership, organization, and people support. This is not a "sit behind a desk" operations role. This is a leadership position for someone who loves systems, accountability, service, and helping others succeed. You'll work directly with the CEO/Growth Leader to help grow and support a dynamic real estate office by: Leading office operations Supporting agents and staff Managing financial systems and bookkeeping Improving processes and accountability Helping create an exceptional experience for agents and clients If you are highly organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, people-focused, and driven to build something meaningful — this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Management Hire, train, lead, and hold team members accountable Support and manage a team of 4-5 staff members Help create a positive, professional, high-performance culture Work closely with leadership to improve office growth and retention Financial & Administrative Operations Manage bookkeeping, billing, commissions, escrows, A/R and A/P Oversee office purchasing and vendor coordination Maintain accurate financial and operational records Ensure systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently Agent Support & Customer Experience Support real estate agents with office systems, tools, and productivity Help agents set goals and connect them with productivity resources Deliver a high level of customer service to agents, staff, and vendors Build strong relationships while solving problems quickly and professionally Systems & Organization Maintain organized workflows and operational systems Use Google Workspace and office technology confidently Handle multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail Create structure, consistency, and accountability across the office What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Calm, steady, and professional under pressure Strong with follow-up and accountability Friendly, supportive, and people-focused Comfortable handling difficult conversations when needed Self-directed and able to make decisions independently Reliable, methodical, and process-oriented Able to balance leadership with exceptional customer service This role is perfect for someone who: Loves operations and systems Enjoys helping people succeed Takes pride in accuracy and organization Wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities Thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment Qualifications High school diploma required Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience required Strong computer and administrative skills Experience with Google Workspace preferred Real estate industry experience is a plus Project management or office leadership experience preferred Daily Interactions You'll work closely with: Leadership team Office staff Real estate agents Vendors Clients and customers Why Join Us?
