Machine Vision is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations and oversee the integrity of financial reporting across North America. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, supervising AP/AR staff, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal group standards. The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate closely with the

Group finance and commercial teams based in Germany. The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance. Key Responsibilities Manage two employees - AP Specialist and AR Specialist Strengthening accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies Overseeing General Ledger functions within the team Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes. Assisting in preparation of monthly balance sheet, P&L financial statements Contributing to the development and review of operating budgets and performance projections. Filing and maintaining documentation for local and state sales tax. Ensuring compliance with GAAP. Preparation of cash flow projections and active management of the organization's cash position. Supporting the development and implementation of performance tracking for annual budgets. Support project cost control systems in line with Group requirements. Meet local and group processing and reporting deadlines. Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits. Leading cross-functional projects Work with Engineering, Field Operations, and IT to ensure that selected products meet performance, safety, and integration requirements. Resolve escalated issues related to delivery delays, vendor performance, technical mismatches, or invoicing discrepancies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience. Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supervising an AP/AR or accounting teams Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent organization, problem-solving and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications CPA License strongly preferred
