Controller / Accounting Manager We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller / Accounting Manager to join our team. Why Join Us Competitive annual salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Stable and growing organization Strong training and ongoing support Professional, collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on the business What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop accounting staff Oversee Accounts Payable, cash clearing, titles, and licensing functions Manage daily banking activity and cash management processes Reconcile accounts and maintain financial accuracy and integrity Post payroll entries and prepare monthly journal entries Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages Complete monthly and quarterly bank reporting requirements Support internal and external audit processes Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Assist leadership with financial analysis and operational support What We're Looking For 10+ years of accounting experience, or 5+ years with relevant education and progressive accounting leadership experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Advanced Excel and general computer proficiency Experience with accounting and financial management systems Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple responsibilities A dependable, hands-on leader who takes ownership and drives results Automotive, dealership, or multi-location experience is a plus Additional Information Full-time, onsite position Confidential search Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications If you are a motivated accounting professional looking to join a strong organization with long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
