!!!! Tim Short CDJR of Middlesboro is looking for an experienced, driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership. We're selling over 150 vehicles a month, and we need a strong F&I professional who knows how to structure deals, maximize profitability, protect CSI, and get deals funded. This is an opportunity for someone who wants volume, opportunity, and a management team that actually helps you get deals done. What You'll Do

• Handle financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle customers
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection products
• Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive approvals
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance
• Ensure contracts and paperwork are accurate and funded quickly
• Work closely with the sales desk and sales team to keep deals moving
• Maintain strong lender relationships
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while producing strong PVR What We're Looking For
• Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
• Strong closing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of dealership finance, lender programs, and compliance
• Competitive and motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
• Strong organizational and paperwork skills
